Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face through live promotional campaigns
• Educate customers about our clients’ products and services
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact to post-sale support
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge through ongoing training
• Represent our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and passion for helping others
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed)

Compensation:
This is a performance-based role with uncapped commissions. Earnings will vary depending on individual performance, with average representatives earning $1,000+ per week. High performers have the potential to earn significantly more.
